Make a simple responsibility list
Who checks the house, arranges repairs, communicates with occupants, and holds the keys? Write those roles down before arranging anything new. One person may handle several tasks, but helping with the property does not automatically authorize them to agree to a sale.
Give existing arrangements a place in the conversation
Explain any rental, management, or informal occupancy arrangement. Gather relevant agreements for private review when appropriate. The proposed buyer needs an accurate picture of the property as it is, including arrangements that could affect visits or handover.
Agree on one way to coordinate updates
Choose how questions and proposed visits should reach you. Include the other owners when a decision requires their participation. Before committing to travel, ask the closing professional what attendance, documents, and signing arrangements would be needed.
